• Shipping: please allow two weeks for all orders to be shipped.

• Refunds/ returns: while we do our best to protect each piece for shipping, items may break in transit and we unfortunately cannot offer full refunds or returns. Don’t hesitate to contact us if your order was broken on the way to you—we can work to partially refund or attempt an approximate remake of the item.

• Care: clay is fragile, handle gently. For all vases, mugs, and bowls, hand-wash for longevity.
